Fantastic gesture from the boss of this great Saw Mill.
I bought two bulk bags of wood from Flixton Saw Mill. Unfortunately, one bag was soft wood which my log burner does not like for some reason. I contacted the company and within minutes, the boss, Mark came to my home, Saturday morning to verify my concerns. Mark then arranged for another bulk bag delivery of hardwood, Monday next.
How brilliant is that.
