All Flixton Sawmill buildings come supplied preservative treated, we however still recommend applying an oil-based preservative as soon as possible after installation. We recommend fitting guttering on the lowest side panel(s) of all buildings, and we recommend installing your building on bearers. (Please read terms and conditions).
